LICENSED/CREDENTIALED COUNSELOR CADC OR LCADC

preferred but will consider LAC, LPC, LSW, or LCSW. Will also consider interns already engaged in the process of Licensure/Certification. Must be proficient with NJSAMS, and knowledgeable of ASAM placement criteria. Full-time or part-time considered. Must have ability to work independently and as a team. Experience working with EHR required. Salary ranges from $24-$35/hr. Salary commensurate with experience and education/credentials. CORE FUNCTIONS

TREATMENT PLANNING

Assists the client and significant others in the development and implementation of the service plan. 2.

REPORT AND RECORD KEEPING

Maintains appropriate and confidential records of client progress under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor. 3.

CASE MANAGEMENT

Facilitates planning and problem solving meetings with clients, significant others, and collateral agencies when necessary, advocating for clients and assisting with gaining needed services. 4.

COUNSELING

Provides individual, group, and supportive counseling. 5.

CONSULTATION

Participates in case conference review sessions, and clinical supervision as directed by supervisory staff. Additional Duties Related to
