Experience is a plus but not required, if you are an empathic, highly motivated, and passionate individual, we will provide you with the skills needed to succeed. Responsibilities:
Work daily with patients to provide support, encouragement, and guidance. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism with patients and staff at all times. Document patient information as appropriate. Assist in emergency situations as directed. Ensure patients attend scheduled groups and activities. Transport patients to and from locations daily. Understand and maintain confidentiality of patient information and records. Recognize crisis situations and provide appropriate interventions based on training and experience. The position requires walking and standing for long periods of times. Responsible for routine cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas.
Qualifications:
Customer service experience preferred. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with KIPU is desired but not mandatory Minimum of one-year professional experience in mental health/behavioral healthcare field preferred. Ability to maintain a flexible schedule. Valid Driver's License with a good driving record. High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
