Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance to students and their families in personal and interpersonal adjustment, academic concerns, career and life planning. Provide and connect students and their families to community resources, institutional resources, and public assistance referrals and support. Conduct Student referrals to counseling resources and other services as appropriate to offices on and off campus as needed. Responsible for providing excellent customer services while disseminating accurate information to prospective and current students and their families regarding admissions policies, registration, financial aid & scholarships as well as many others via multiple venues including in person, phone calls email and text. Creates and provides presentations on and off campus (outreach) to small and large groups as needed. Participation in event planning, setup and tear down. Food pantry operations to include, but not limited to: shopping, stocking, inventory, student work study supervision, loading and unloading, assisting students shopping in the Comfort Casita, and assisting with the Comfort Casita Sustainability Plan.
Qualifications Required Education and Experience:
Associate's Degree + 2 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree.
