Conduct observational assessments on site in order to assist the person supported in learning the tasks of the jobTravel train on the public transportation system and/or roadwaysMaintain case files for each person supported. Prepare all documentation for ACCES and OPWDD on a monthly basisAct as a liaison between the person supported, family and employerAttend all staff meetings, Life Plans, conferences and annual training requirementsProvide overall assistance as assigned We require:
High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Education or related field preferred.
Minimum of one year experience providing vocational or pre-vocational services to supported persons preferredComplete (within first year of employment) twenty-four (24) hours of OPWDDs Innovations in Employment Supports training.

ACLDs Job Coach provides on-site job coaching and advocacy for people we support in the intensive and follow-along phases of Supported Employment.
