Get in on the ground floor and train for an entry level career in the healthcare/education field! As a Job Coach, you will: Provide on-site job coaching for designated caseload Complete and ensure accurate and timely documentation of SAP plans, case notes, monthlies, DDPs and other required documentation. Conduct observational assessments on site in order to assist the person supported in learning the tasks of the job Travel train on the public transportation system and/or roadways Maintain case files for each person supported. Act as a liaison between the person supported, family and employer Provide overall assistance as assigned We require: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Education or related field preferred. Minimum of one year experience providing vocational or pre-vocational services to supported persons preferred Complete (within first year of employment) twenty-four (24) hours of OPWDD's Innovations in Employment Supports training.
