Helping individuals set employment goals and create job-search plans. Provide job-readiness support, including resume development, interview preparation, mock interviews, and job-search coaching . Connect individuals with employers and provide support throughout the hiring process. Advocate for individuals and help them overcome barriers to employment. Maintain accurate program documentation. What We're Looking For Four-year degree required. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Strong relationship-building and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team. Valid driver's license and ability to be insured under SfC's automobile policy.
