Job Description
We're seeking a full-time Disability Resource Coordinator (DRC) to help build a more inclusive workforce system for individuals with disabilities. This role focuses on systems change rather than case management, coordinating partners and resources, and expanding access to career pathways for youth and adults with disabilities. The DRC provides targeted training and technical assistance to staff, businesses, and community partners; supports recruitment and engagement of job seekers with disabilities; advises on ADA compliance, accommodations, and assistive technology; and helps advance sustainability strategies beyond grant funding. Ideal candidates bring a strong commitment to disability employment, experience working with underserved populations, and the ability to collaborate across agencies, employers, and workforce partners to drive long-term impact. Education Requirement is Master's Degree- preferably in Social Work Salary Range is $58,000- $60,000
