About the Testing Services Coordinator Role As a Testing Services Coordinator, your responsibilities will include: Coordinate and administer accommodated examinations for students with approved testing accommodations. Review examination appointments, faculty instructions, accommodations, testing duration, and requirements. Prepare testing rooms and examination materials. Check students in and verify identification and examination information. Communicate testing procedures and accurately initiate and conclude examinations. Monitor examinations and ensure established testing procedures are followed. Calculate and administer extended testing time and other approved accommodations. Maintain confidentiality and security of examination materials and student information. Receive, organize, secure, distribute, collect, and return examination materials. Document examination activity, attendance, incidents, and irregularities in university systems. Communicate professionally with students, faculty, staff, and campus partners. Escalate accommodation questions, academic-integrity concerns, testing irregularities, and technology issues appropriately. Assist with make-up, departmental, retake, and certification examinations. Provide oversight and direction to student testing assistants and proctors. Assist with opening and closing testing operations. Support high-volume testing periods, including midterms and final examinations. Perform additional testing-related duties as assigned.
