Lamplight Counseling Services is hiring compassionate, EMDR trained/certified Mental Health Therapists (LISW, LPCC, IMFT, LSW, LPC, MFT) to provide outpatient counseling in a supportive, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Provide therapy to individuals, couples, or families Maintain timely, clinically accurate documentation Use trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches Coordinate care with outside providers as needed Participate in supervision and team collaboration Maintain healthy boundaries and uphold ethical standards What We Offer (Full-Time) Medical Contribution after 90 days 401(k) with employer matching Bi-weekly pay Administrative support (intake, billing, scheduling) Supervision available (individual + group) A warm, collaborative culture that values clinician wellness Opportunities for growth, specialties, and training Position Details Full-time, W-2 28 billable hours/week In-person at any Lamplight location

Requirements:
