Brite Day Community Center - Concord, Ohio Do you have a passion for helping individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) thrive, connect, and reach their goals? We want YOU to join our Brite Day team! At Brite Day Community Center , we believe every individual deserves opportunities to learn, grow, build independence, and be an active part of their community.
What You'll Do:
Provide person-centered support to adults with ASD and developmental disabilities Assist with daily living and life-skills development Help create and implement engaging activities and programs Support communication, socialization, and community involvement Encourage independence, self-determination, and personal choice Provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment Follow individual service plans and maintain required documentation
We're Looking For Someone Who:
✔ Has experience working with individuals with ASD and/or developmental disabilities ✔ Is patient, compassionate, dependable, and energetic ✔ Enjoys creating meaningful activities and building relationships ✔ Can work independently while being part of a team ✔ Has excellent communication skills ✔ Is committed to treating every individual with dignity and respect
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred. Join Our Team!
