Career Systems Development Corporation is seeking a CTS Specialist to support Job Corps students as they transition into employment and further education. In this role, you will provide individualized career counseling, job search coaching, and placement assistance, while cultivating strong relationships with local employers and community partners. The CTS Specialist tracks outcomes, coordinates support services, facilitates employability workshops, and collaborates with center staff to ensure students achieve meaningful, sustainable careers aligned with program goals and CSD's mission-driven, student-centered culture. Responsibilities Provide career counseling and employment readiness coaching to students and graduates Develop and maintain employer partnerships for job and internship opportunities Assist students with resumes, applications, interview preparation, and job search Track, document, and report student placement outcomes and follow-up services Coordinate transition plans, including housing, transportation, and support services Collaborate with instructional and counseling staff to support student success Conduct outreach to community organizations and workforce partners Ensure compliance with Job Corps and organizational performance standards Facilitate workshops on employability skills and career planning Use data systems to maintain accurate case management records Required Skills Career counseling Case management Employer relations Job development Resume and cover letter writing Interview preparation and coaching Data entry and student tracking systems Workshop facilitation Knowledge of workforce development programs Community outreach
