Description Student Success Coach The Literacy and Learning Success Centers provide opportunities for lifelong learning and learning for life. We empower adult learners to build essential skills that help them transform their lives, support their families, and strengthen their communities. Our programs include Adult Basic Education (ABE), High School Equivalency (HSE), English as a Second Language (ESL), and career navigation services. We are looking for a Success Coach to join our team. This role is essential in supporting adult learners in our Lancaster and Lebanon county offices as they navigate enrollment, overcome barriers to participation, and plan transitions into employment, training, or further education. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide orientation and assessment to support student enrollment in Success Center programs
Collaborate with staff and community partners to place students in appropriate classes and services
Meet individually with students (in-person and/or remotely) to: o Identify and address barriers to participation o Connect students with community resources o Establish and monitor academic and career goals Provide ongoing advising and follow-up to track student progress and support persistence
Maintain accurate, timely records and case notes in the program database
Evening hours required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (Education, English, Social Work, or similar)
Experience working with adult learners, including case management and/or instruction
Strong technology skills, including proficiency in: o Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Word, Excel) o Virtual meeting platforms Availability to work evening hours Preferred Qualities Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
Appreciation of working with diverse populations, with cultural awareness and respect
Strong organizational and time management skills
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
