Assist participants in identifying and achieving personal recovery-oriented goals. Develop Recovery Support Plan (RSP) goals and provide ongoing support toward goal achievement. Transport participants to appointments, activities, and community resources as needed. Mentor, train, observe, and support Life Skills Professionals in service delivery and treatment plan implementation. Work collaboratively with program leadership and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality services. Review required program documentation for accuracy and completion. Monitor and support service delivery in accordance with treatment plans and regulatory requirements. Assist with crisis intervention and documentation of critical incidents. Maintain participant records, census information, intake documentation, and related data. Support program operations and assist with maintaining a safe, supportive environment. Coordinate with community agencies and service providers to ensure continuity of care. Perform other duties as assigned. Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: ✔ Compassionate

✔ Committed to Helping Others Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED Minimum two (2) years of experience in the social services field Valid Driver's License Basic computer and internet skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team Preferred CPRP, CPS, and/or WRAP training Previous leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience Experience working within behavioral health or psychiatric rehabilitation services CPR and First Aid certification Schedule Full-Time Flexible schedule based on program needs Evening and weekend availability may be required Local travel required to support participants and program operations Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and climb stairs Ability to transport participants and drive as needed Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation Apply Today Some jobs pay the bills.
