Arc Human Services is currently hiring a Behavior Support Consultant to join our team in the Canonsburg area! At Arc Human Services we are seeking a candidate that possesses the drive and the skills to be a successful Behavior Support Consultant . Our ideal candidate is an organized, caring, motivated professional with effective communication skills. The Behavior Support Consultant (BSC) reports directly to the Coordinator of Clinical Services. Our Clinical Services Department offers a detailed structure of support for those who struggle with traditional IDD programs. Each plan is diagnostically driven and grounded in strong clinical and therapeutic principles. We believe that respect for the individuals we care for includes extensive specialized training, plan development, and guidance for the family and team members. This process is guided by the Behavior Supports Consultant. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required plus two years of experience. Master's degree is preferred, plus one year of direct service experience in a social service organization and one-year documented experience with the development of behavior management/support/intervention techniques (or equivalent combination), Valid driver's license and clean record within the last 3 years Must pass background checks, physical, TB and drug screening (ALL company paid!)
