What You'll Do Conduct site assessments Complete job analyses and required DRS documentation Assist clients with résumés, applications, and interviews Build employer relationships to secure job opportunities Provide support during onboarding and early employment Monitor client progress for milestone payouts Preferred Qualifications Experience working with individuals with disabilities Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized, self-motivated, and professional Background in social services, HR, job coaching, or staffing (preferred) Why VEXLA?
