One position is based in Philadelphia (hybrid), and one covers the Lehigh Valley area (remote). Both roles require regular local travel to meet with clients, landlords, and community partners. Key Responsibilities Coordinate intake for clients referred for housing, workforce development, and/or mentoring services Meet regularly with clients to assess needs and address barriers to successful reentry Help clients prepare personal budgets and teach practical budgeting skills Build and maintain relationships with local landlords to secure stable housing for clients Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree not required, but preferred Experience in social work, reentry services, and/or counseling Strong interpersonal and communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required (local travel is a regular part of this role) Ability to work independently and manage a caseload Locations & Schedule Two part-time openings: Philadelphia, PA (hybrid) and Lehigh Valley, PA (remote) Please specify preferred location when applying.
