MaxAbilities and Horizon Industries is seeking a Job Coach to assist adults with disabilities as they enter the community workforce. The Job Coach is responsible for training consumers in job skills and routines for successful placement in competitive employment. The Job Coach works with local employment resources in developing job opportunities in the community.

Minimum Training and Experience:

Associate degree in business, human resources, industry or related field and two (2) years experience or equivalent combination of education and training. Prefer 4 year degree. Schedule - Flexible 40 hour week to meet demands of caseload.
