Have you worked as a Job Coach, DSP, Employment Specialist, Supported Employment Specialist, ECF Professional, Case Manager, Community Support Specialist, or DIDD provider? If you're passionate about helping people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and seniors achieve greater independence, employment success, and community inclusions, we'd love to meet you! Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking a Field Supervisor to support our home care operations and our DIDD Employment and Community First (ECF) programs, whole providing leadership, coaching, quality oversights, and field support to our direct support staff. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to move beyond direct support into a leadership role. No supervisory experience? That's ok. If you've worked in ECF, supported employment, job coaching or IDD services are ready to grow, we'll help you develop the skills needed to succeed. ECF & DIDD
Services Conduct in-home, community, workplace, and virtual quality visits Build positive relationships with individuals served, families, employers, and supported teams Help individuals achieve employment and independence goals Support person-centered services that promote community inclusion Coach & Support Direct Support Professionals Mentor DSPs, Job Coaches, and Field Staff Reinforce person-centered practices and DIDD expectations Observe services and provide coaching Support new staff through field training and ongoing development Ensure Quality & Compliance Complete quality assurance visits Review documentation and service delivery Assist with incident investigations and reportable events Support compliance requirements Recommend improvements that enhance quality outcomes Problem Solve & Improve Services Resolve client and caregiver concerns Monitor service quality Assist with audits and corrective actions Identify barriers and recommend solutions Why This Role Matters Every day, individuals rely on quality support to achieve greater independence, meaningful employment, and full participation in their communities. Requirements:
High school diploma or GED At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, caregiving, human services, community services, or a related field Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Valid driver's license and car insurance Ability to pass background screening and drug testing
