MUST provide 3 letters of reference (after employment offer) that verifies you have 3 years of paid or volunteer experience (includes family experience). Imagine Art seeks an individual who is interested in working with long-term care Medicaid Waiver clients to provide help with securing employment and job coaching. Seeking a specialist who has experience working with people who have developmental disabilities and who is well connected and respected in the field. The specialist will help clients to identify the right job, complete the application, communicate with the employer to set up the interview, coach clients prior to the interview (attend if necessary or desired) and help negotiate the position. The specialist may continue to work with the clients, coaching to maintain the position, if needed or desired. It is critical that the specialist be flexible and available to provide employment supports based on the varying schedules of the clients that they are serving. Most clients are working day jobs, but some will work evenings or weekends. $23 per hour. This position is available immediately.
