Minimum Qualifications Current Del Mar College student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours while employed. Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Strong customer service skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to learn additional computer software Ability to communicate with students of varied multicultural backgrounds Preferred Qualifications Special Instructions to Applicants This is a security-sensitive position. Job Duties Job Duty Assist students with sign in and computer software and hardware issues. Job Duty Answer phones and students' questions. Job Duty Sign out and check in mobile devices/technology to students. Monitor use of mobile devices/technology Job Duty Configure spaces for scheduled events. Job Duty Assist in maintenance of instructor files and distribution of instructional materials Job Duty Meet regularly with supervisor. Job Duty Assist the Director and Assistant Instructors with administrative tasks and special projects, as needed. Job Duty Participate in ongoing training. Job Duty Maintain orderliness and operation of the SWC (opening and closing, checking supplies, filing, administrative tasks, and flexibility in work hours to ensure adequate coverage. Job Duty Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
