Job Description
-Conduct supervisory visits for PHC participants and their attendants
- Conduct visits for changes in health plan
- Conduct visits if needed for incident reporting or grievance reporting
- Conduct hire process and orientation
- assist members with Medicaid forms and phone calls
- Train attendants in use of VESTA and EVV system mobile application
- Other duties assigned Requirements
- Reliable
- Bilingual
- valid Texas drivers license
- clean driving record
- Use of company vehicle
