Customer Solutions Representative The HT Group - 3.9 Round Rock, TX Job Details Temp-to-hire $20 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Customer relationship building In-person customer service Employee relationship building High school diploma or GED Driver's License Customer engagement Desktop applications Productivity software Technical Proficiency Full Job Description The HT Group has a workforce development client in Bastrop, Texas, looking for a Customer Solutions Representative who is customer-focused, resourceful, and relationship-driven to guide job seekers through career services, connect them to employment opportunities, and support overall Career Center performance. Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM onsite Contract-to-hire $20/hr
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in person, virtually, and by phone to assess career goals and provide guidance Identify suitable job opportunities and make appropriate referrals Advise customers on the local job market, employment services, educational resources, and job readiness strategies Support job seekers with resume development, applications, interview preparation, and professional presentation Build strong, cooperative relationships with internal teams, the public, and community partners Recommend improvements to workforce services based on community and labor market needs Contribute to Career Center performance goals through quality service and timely follow-up Perform additional duties as needed to support center operations
Requirements:
Experience in workforce development, career services, or related customer-facing roles Strong knowledge of local communities, labor market trends, and available resources Proficiency in computers, systems, and basic office software Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to support diverse customers and handle challenging situations with empathy Strong problem solving, critical thinking, organization, and multitasking abilities Ability to build effective working relationships across teams and with the public High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license, insurance, and clean driving record Six months of relevant experience preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred All qualified applicants may apply below or send an email to #MPIND
