Warrior Financial Services is a high-growth, women-owned financial and tax accounting firm seeking a driven individual for an entry-level operational role designed specifically to launch a long-term career as a credentialed Tax Professional. We are not looking for passive task-executors. We are seeking an analytical, computer-literate candidate who possesses strong critical thinking skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the internal drive to grow rapidly within our practice.

Schedule & Hours Off-Peak Schedule (May - December): Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Enjoy 3-day weekends!). Professional multi-line phone coverage, handling incoming client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and routing messages effectively.Operational Execution:
Maintain core administrative workflows, input data with speed and precision, and manage financial spreadsheets.Advisor Support:
Assist with client engagements, manage firm calendars, and work directly alongside senior tax strategists.Technical Development:
Build expertise in tax preparation, regulatory codes, and specialized software through structured mentorship and hands-on training.Peak Season Management:
Maintain high energy, dedication, and attendance during peak season (Jan-Apr) under the expanded schedule and mandatory overtime hours.Qualifications Computer Literacy & Technical Capability:
Highly comfortable navigating software systems, fast typing/10-key skills, and proficiency with spreadsheets and office tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel).Communication & Front-Office Skills:
Professional telephone etiquette, strong verbal and written communication, and a welcoming presence for clients.Analytical Aptitude:
Solid mathematical skills and strong problem-solving capabilities.Schedule Flexibility & Commitment:
Ability to work Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM year-round, and commit fully to the expanded Monday through Saturday, 60-80 hours a week schedule during peak tax season (January-April).
