Job Description:

Supervise and train Consumers working at various jobs through out Cache County. Meet Client's at CETC and transport to and from work, while using CETC vehicles. Some client's require that you meet them at their place of employment.

Job Requirements/Duties:

High School Diploma or higher Must be 21 or older, with a clean driving record (limit of 2 ticket in last 3 years, no suspensions, DUI, reckless driving) Valid Driver's License Pass Federal and State Background Check Work with Clients in Community for job tries and place of employment Teach employment, vocational and independent skills Work individually with consumer as needed Work together as a team player Take accurate progress notes daily Teach communication skills Able to stand for periods of time Lifting and bending capable'

$16.50 - $16.75 per hour Application Question(s): Are you able to pass a Federal and State Background check? This position requires you meet our driver eligibility policy. The requirement is you are 21 or older with no reckless driving, DUI, suspensions, or major accidents and no more than 1 ticket on your record for those 21 to 23 and 2 tickets 23 or older. Do you meet this requirement? If hired, when is your available start date? Are you able to work Monday through Friday 9:30 AM to 3:15 pm, with some flexibility to accommodate client's work schedule in the evening as needed?
