What You'll Do Identify individuals' strengths, interests, and career goals. Develop personalized employment plans and provide career guidance. Assist with resumes, applications, interviews, job readiness, and onboarding. Provide one-on-one and on-the-job coaching. Build relationships with local employers and identify employment opportunities. Support workplace accommodations, assistive technology, and natural supports. Connect individuals with community and employment resources. Maintain accurate documentation and track progress. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is compassionate, organized, resourceful, and motivated to help others succeed. Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Comfortable working in a field-based/community setting . Valid driver's license, reliable transportation with current insurance. Ability to complete required background and drug screenings.
