Are you ready to make a real difference? We're on the lookout for an Employment Specialist to join our team at Stand Up, Inc. Help individuals with disabilities shine in the workplace and achieve their goals! Required availability includes evenings (4pm-8pm) on weekdays and daytime availability 10am-3pm on weekends.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assist clients in finding jobs that match their skills, abilities and interests. Prep and accompany them to interviews. Provide on-site support to help them thrive at work. Network with local employers and spread the word about our services. Collaborate with employers to create an inclusive environment at work. Leave the desk behind; this is an in person, community-based position. Build strong relationships with clients, offering guidance and encouragement. Track and document client progress. Follow company policies and keep things professional.

What You Need:

Background check & fingerprinting (as per state rules). Valid Virginia driver's license. A commitment to empowering and advocating for individuals with disabilities. Solid communication and people skills. Flexibility to meet with clients and employers during their business hours. What's in It for
