$17.00 per Hour Make a Difference Every Day Career Support Systems (CSS), a Chimes affiliate, is seeking compassionate and dependable Job Coaches to help individuals with disabilities obtain and maintain meaningful employment throughout the Staunton and Harrisonburg Corridor and surrounding communities. As a Job Coach, you'll provide one-on-one coaching, workplace training, and encouragement that empowers individuals to build confidence, gain independence, and succeed on the job. If you're passionate about helping others and want a career with purpose, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Provide individualized job coaching and on-site workplace support. Teach job-specific skills and reinforce workplace expectations. Document daily activities and participant progress. Build positive relationships with employers, coworkers, and supported employees. Partner with the Lead Employment Consultant to ensure successful employment outcomes. Communicate regularly with families, employers, and members of the support team. Collaborate with community organizations, schools, and vocational rehabilitation agencies. Prepare accurate verbal and written progress reports. Qualifications:
Passion for supporting individuals with disabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook and Word). Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality. Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
