This role combines job coaching and job development. The ideal candidate will provide on-the-job training and coaching to help clients succeed in their vocational goals, while also working within the community to build relationships with employers and identify job opportunities. This is a dynamic hands-on position that requires flexibility. Candidates must be available to work during client work hours. The anticipated schedule is Saturday through Wednesday. Key Responsibilities

• Provide job coaching and on-site support to clients
• Assist clients in developing skills for long-term employment success
• Support clients in maintaining employment
• Build relationships with local employers
• Collaborate with families, employers, family members and support staff Minimum Qualifications
• Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
• Must represent Kulshan professionally
• Self-motivated and adaptable in new situations
• Willingness to work in community settings
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs occasionally
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach as needed
• Must be 18 or over
• Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with

WAC 388-113-0020

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
