We are now seeking a Job Coach for our Island County Programs. The JOB Coach works in cooperation with an Employment Consultant to assist persons with disabilities by providing on the job vocational rehabilitation services.

Qualifications:

High School diploma required. Additional education in Human/Social Services a plus Minimum one year of experience working with students or adults with disabilities Detail oriented, excellent oral and written communications skills and highly developed problem solving skills First Aid/CPR/AED required (we will provide certification as necessary) Possess valid Driver's License and maintain current good Driving record, proof of State minimum required auto insurance, reliable personal transportation Able to meet requirements for approval to work with vulnerable adult populations by passing Washington State Patrol, DSHS Background checks and driving record checks Must understand and demonstrate ethical considerations in the field of

Human Services Working Hours:

This is a part time position with no guaranteed hours but flexible to meet client needs. Could be close to 20+ hours per month. This role is perfect for an individual who seeks part time work and can be flexible in terms of employment needs.
