We are seeking a high-energy champion who possesses a rare mix of drive and empathy to serve as the face of Pima Medical Institute. In this pivotal role, you will connect with prospective students, understand their career aspirations, and guide them through the enrollment process into our allied health programs. Key Responsibilities Prospective Student Engagement & Enrollment:
Lead Outreach:

Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound communication (calls, emails, text messages) with prospective students who have inquired about PMI programs.

Career Counseling:

Conduct structured, empathetic admissions interviews to assess candidate goals, evaluate program fit, and address prospective student challenges or concerns.

Admissions Process Facilitation:

Guide applicants step-by-step through the enrollment pipeline, including campus tours, admissions testing, application documentation, and scheduling financial aid appointments.

Pipeline & Performance Management:
Goal Achievement:

Consistently meet or exceed campus enrollment, conversion, and student start metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Database Management:

Maintain meticulous, real-time prospective student records, activity logs, and follow-up schedules in the campus CRM database.

Compliance & Integrity:

Adhere strictly to institutional, state, and federal regulatory standards, delivering accurate, transparent information regarding program offerings, schedules, and outcomes.

Campus Collaboration:
Cross-Department Alignment:

Partner closely with Financial Aid, Student Services, and Academic Leadership to ensure a seamless onboarding experience from lead generation through the student's first day of class.

Community Outreach:

Participate in campus open houses, career fairs, and community events to represent PMI and build local brand awareness.

Minimum Qualifications Education:

High School Diploma or GED required (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred).

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of successful experience in consultative sales, admissions, recruitment, or high-volume customer relationship management.

Communication Skills:

Exceptional active listening, persuasive communication, and relationship-building abilities.

Technical Proficiency:

Experience navigating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases, Microsoft Office Suite, and multi-line phone systems.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ability to quickly master and adhere to federal (Title IV/DOE) and state admissions compliance regulations.

Compensation & Benefits Hiring Range:

$37.48 to $46.85 per hour.

Schedule:

Predictable full-time schedule (Monday through Friday).
