ADVOCAP, Inc., is an established, recognized leader with over 60 years of experience in delivering effective anti-poverty and self-sufficiency programs and services. We are a private, nonprofit Community Action Agency committed to our mission of "creating opportunities for people and communities to reduce poverty and increase self-sufficiency." Homeless Prevention Specialist - Berlin ADVOCAP's Homeless Prevention program is accepting applications for a Homeless Prevention Specialist for our Berlin office. Our Homeless Prevention program is in Fond du Lac, Green Lake, and Winnebago counties. We assist individuals and families to overcome homelessness and/or potential homelessness and poverty by establishing and implementing an individual plan for them to achieve self-sufficiency, especially housing stability.
