Job Description

Macht Village School Program is looking for a dependable, energetic, and versatile team member to join our school program. This is a unique position that combines student support, food preparation, transportation assistance, and enrichment activities. We work with students who may struggle in traditional school settings and need additional structure, support, accountability, and opportunities to build positive behaviors. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with students, can build positive relationships, is willing to jump in wherever needed, and can handle a variety of responsibilities throughout the day. What You'll Do This position will have a variety of responsibilities, including: Lunch Preparation Prepare and serve lunch for students and staff each school day. Follow basic food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures. Help maintain an organized and clean kitchen and eating area. Assist with planning and preparing simple meals. Transportation Support Assist with student transportation as needed. Drive students to and from school, activities, or other scheduled locations when necessary. Student Support Work one-on-one or with small groups of students to provide additional academic, behavioral, or skill-based support. Provide student pullouts for individualized instruction, activities, or skill development. Build positive relationships with students while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries. Encourage students to make positive choices and take responsibility for their behavior. Assist classroom staff and students throughout the school day as needed. Art & Enrichment Plan and lead an art session for students. Provide engaging, hands-on activities that encourage creativity and positive student engagement. Help develop additional activities or enrichment opportunities when appropriate. Classroom Assistance Support classroom staff with daily activities and routines. Assist students with academic and behavioral expectations. Step into different classrooms or areas of the program when additional support is needed. Be willing to take on different responsibilities depending on the needs of the school and students. Pay:
From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
