This person is responsible for the development of rehabilitation plans and provision of appropriate services to provide cognitive development for individuals with all types of traumatic, acquired, and congenital brain injuries and other neurological impairments for assisting program participants in reaching their goals for personal and community independence. This person is responsible for direct care and treatment planning, case management, instruction in a group setting, curriculum development of programming, in addition to promotional, educational, and operational duties as described. Clients are served at Curative Connections, with occasional services provided in the community. Willingness to commit to our mission is a must!
