Job Description
Community Solutions is looking to add part time Job Coaching staff. Daytime hours (between 8-4) and some weekend availability needed As a Job Coach, you'll play a hands-on role in helping people with disabilities learn and maintain their jobs. You'll be by their side helping them learn new skills, gain confidence, and grow in independence. Responsibilities Support individuals on the job, teaching them tasks step-by-step and cheering them on as they grow. Encourage independence while being a dependable source of guidance and motivation. Work closely with employers and coworkers to create a welcoming and supportive workplace. Track progress and celebrate successes, while helping overcome challenges along the way. Occasionally teach public transportation to and from job sites (if needed). What We're Looking For A caring, patient, and positive person who enjoys helping others succeed. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in human services, education, or working with people with disabilities is a plus — but if you bring the right attitude and willingness to learn, we'll train you! Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license. Ability to pass a caregiver background check. Availability to work a variety of part time hours with some flexibility
