Provide on-the-job coaching and support to clients, such as orientation, training, feedback, and problem-solving. Monitor and document clients' progress and outcomes, and adjust coaching strategies as needed. Communicate regularly with clients and employers to ensure a positive and collaborative relationship. You get to participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. This is a part-time position with most shifts scheduled during evenings and weekends. Limited weekday daytime hours may also be available Monday through Friday. Evenings and weekends include an additional $1/hour shift differential!
