You have experience working with people with disabilities or other special needs, or you are willing to learn. You are flexible and adaptable to changing situations and needs. You have a Bachelor's Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation or a related field; or a combination of work experience and education. You have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. What You Get to Do Each Day You get to perform assessments that help determine clients' skills, interests, and employment goals. Develop individualized job search strategies and provide job placement assistance to help each client you support reach their goals. Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure their success in the workplace. Collaborate with employers to identify job opportunities and advocate for clients.
