This energetic position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by providing personalized coaching, skill development, and support tailored to each individual's unique needs. As a key member of our social services team, you will foster a positive, inclusive environment that promotes growth, confidence, and success for all participants. Duties Develop and implement individualized service plans that align with each participant's goals and abilities. Provide coaching and mentoring to assist clients in developing daily living skills, social skills, and employment readiness. Conduct assessments to identify strengths, challenges, and areas for growth, ensuring tailored support strategies. Facilitate engaging activities that promote skill-building, community participation, and personal development. Maintain accurate case management documentation, progress notes, and service reports in compliance with organizational policies. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate services and ensure holistic support. Lead training sessions and workshops for clients to enhance their workforce readiness and life skills. Requirements Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorder. Knowledge of employment & labor law related to workplace accommodations and rights of persons with disabilities. Experience in addiction counseling, social work, or related fields is highly desirable. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with culturally diverse communities and underserved populations. Background in workforce development programs or social services is preferred. Excellent communication skills for interviewing, client engagement, mentoring, and training activities. Ability to manage case loads efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in documentation. Join us to inspire change and foster independence!
