Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Lead Employment Job Coach to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals seeking employment opportunities. In this vital role, you will lead efforts to empower clients through personalized coaching, workforce development strategies, and comprehensive case management. Your expertise will help clients overcome barriers, develop essential skills, and secure sustainable employment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse communities, serving individuals with developmental disabilities, fostering independence and economic self-sufficiency. Responsibilities Lead and oversee employment coaching sessions, providing tailored support to clients with various needs and abilities Develop individualized employment plans that align with clients' strengths, interests, and career goals Mentor and train Job Coach staff to ensure high-quality service delivery in coaching, mentoring, and recruitment activities Create and maintain all Job Coach schedules including on call to assist with open shift and problem solving Collaborate with community partners, employers, social services agencies, and workforce development programs to create employment opportunities Conduct client assessments, interviews, and skill evaluations to identify barriers and develop actionable strategies for job placement Maintain accurate case management records Provide ongoing client communication, support during job searches, interview preparation, and post-employment follow-upExperience Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, or other disabilities in a social services or workforce development setting Demonstrated success in coaching, mentoring, recruiting, training & development within workforce or social services programs Excellent writing skills for documentation, reports, and client communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, for case documentation and presentations Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality Join us in empowering individuals to achieve their employment goals through compassionate guidance and strategic workforce development initiatives. Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
