Diverse Options is currently seeking several Job Coaches to supervise and teach individuals with barriers working for various businesses throughout the greater Ripon, WI community about the work skills and work habits required to perform their jobs effectively. These are part-time positions (Up to 10 hours per week). The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, superior communication and customer service skills, the ability to work independently, a flexible schedule, and the ability to effectively teach and motivate individuals of varying abilities. A high school diploma (or recognized equivalent), good driving record, and reliable vehicle are required.
