Job Description
Employment Services Specialist Full-Time | Sheboygan, WI $20-$25/hour (based on experience & education) Help people find jobs—and change lives in the process. As an Employment Services Specialist , you'll be the connection between individuals with disabilities and meaningful employment in the community. This isn't a desk job—you'll be out in the community, building relationships, working with local businesses, and helping people achieve something life-changing: a job they're proud of. What You'll Do You'll serve as a guide, advocate, and connector—helping individuals move toward competitive, community-based employment. Build strong, trusting relationships with individuals seeking employment Develop connections with local businesses and community partners Match job seekers to opportunities based on their skills, interests, and goals Coordinate services with Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) and other partners Provide job coaching and on-site support as needed Conduct employer outreach and visits to expand opportunities and awareness Collaborate with internal teams (Case Managers, IPS, Job Coaches) to support success Maintain documentation, billing, and service records using agency systems What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field Experience in vocational services, human services, or working with diverse populations Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfort working both independently and out in the community Valid Wisconsin driver's license with a good driving record Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling Solid computer skills for documentation and communication Why Join RCS Empowers? $20-$25/hour starting pay Work that is purpose-driven and community-focused A role with variety, independence, and real impact Opportunities to build relationships with local businesses and leaders A supportive, mission-driven team environment
