Position:
Emergency Assistance Specialist Location:
one position available- Fond du Lac, Green Bay, Madison, Wausau, Wisconsin Rapids In this role, you are responsible for processing Emergency Assistance (EA) applications across all FSC counties, meeting with clients via phone, in person, or through video conferencing to determine eligibility and assess the services and payment amounts they qualify for. You will provide individualized support to clients through resource coordination. Your work will directly contribute to the personal and professional growth of the individuals we serve. Position Overview- Key Responsibilities (Full details on attached job description): Meets with clients via phone, in person, or through video conferencing, ensuring all interactions align with FSC service delivery standards. Discusses client situations, assesses resource needs, provides appropriate referrals, and introduces the Transition to Success model Manages assigned applications and associated tasks within state systems, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Preferred Qualifications:
