Job Description

OPUS MEMORIA MEMORY CARE ASSISTED LIVING
- Anchorage, AK, a trusted leader of assisted living services, serving those living with brain change. Seeking the most compassionate, dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our residents and their families.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $18 to $22 per hour, paid biweekly. In house dementia training provided. We also offer a benefits package for all employees, including insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities:
Provide personalized care and support to residents in accordance with their individual care plans Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for residents Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals Observe and report any changes in residents' health and behavior to the appropriate parties Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards of care
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience providing care and support to seniors, memory care being a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate and patient demeanor Must pass a background check and drug screening
