We are seeking a compassionate and dependable part-time Service Provider to support individuals with disabilities in a safe, respectful, and caring environment. This role involves providing one-on-one assistance with daily living activities, ensuring client safety, and using a personal vehicle to provide transportation across multiple locations on weekdays. The ideal candidate is patient, responsible, and committed to making a positive difference in clients' lives, with on-the-job and formal certification training provided. Responsibilities Provide quality care and support to clients with disabilities Assist with daily living activities as needed Ensure client safety and monitor well-being Provide transportation using personal vehicle between multiple client locations daily Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, guardians and supervisors Keep accurate records of care and services provided Demonstrate professionalism and reliability at all times Participate in required in-person and on-the-job training, including formal certification courses Comply with background check and eligibility requirements Required Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with current insurance Compassionate and patient care approach Strong time management and communication skills Dependability and professionalism Ability to operate a vehicle safely and meet travel demands Successful completion of background check
Pay & Compensation Hourly Pay:
$19.00-$21.50 per hour
Paid Training:
$15.00 per hour
Client Transportation:
Paid mileage reimbursement for work-related driving Preferred Qualifications Experience working with people with disabilities (but not required) Prior caregiving or service provider experience (but not required)
