Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Caregiver to join our team in the area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care, home health, and senior support, with a focus on creating a safe, supportive environment for individuals with diverse needs. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized assistance and compassionate support. Hourly Caregiver - Requirements & Qualifications At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred PCA or CNA certification encouraged but not required CPR and First Aid certification preferred/recommended Must be an Alaska resident Valid driver's license preferred Reliable transportation preferred Compassionate and empathetic attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, responsible, and dependable Ability to assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Ability to provide personal care and companionship Able to assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and light housekeeping Able to assist with mobility and transportation needs Willing to complete required pre-employment screening and background checks Must be willing to attend required orientation and training Join our team to provide exceptional caregiving that promotes dignity, independence, and quality of life for every client we serve!
