Day Shift Night Shift Overnight Shift Work Location :
Multiple locations Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor client's health by checking vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature regularly Provide medication administration assistance following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure safety and compliance Support patients with Alzheimer's, dementia, or memory care needs through specialized techniques and compassionate engagement Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements and assist with meal consumption when necessary Maintain cleanliness of living spaces by performing light cleaning duties to promote a safe and hygienic environment Observe and document patient conditions, behaviors, and progress to inform care plans and communicate updates to healthcare teams Qualifications Proven experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group home settings with a focus on senior or disability care Knowledge of CPR, First Aid, and HIPAA regulations to ensure safety and confidentiality at all times Familiarity with client monitoring devices and techniques for vital signs assessment Experience working with people with developmental disabilities, autism, or Alzheimer's/dementia care is highly desirable Ability to lift heavy objects safely using equipment such as a Hoyer lift when necessary Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare professionals Valid certifications in CPR and First Aid are required; additional certifications in hospice or long-term care are a plus If this sounds exciting to you then please apply to be a caregiver now!
