Job Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate, hands-on care and assistance to clients in their homes or assigned care settings. Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation. Perform light housekeeping duties to help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients. Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, their families, and the care team. Travel within the assigned service area to provide care at clients' designated locations.

Qualifications & Skills:
