Daytime Hours Pay:

Starting at $13.00 per hour Sweet Tea Home Care is looking for dependable, compassionate caregivers who genuinely enjoy helping seniors remain comfortable, active, and supported in their homes. We are not looking for someone who simply wants to sit during a shift. Our caregivers provide companionship, encouragement, personal assistance, and meaningful engagement based on each client's individual care plan. What You'll Do Provide companionship and supervision Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other activities of daily living Prepare simple meals Provide medication reminders Assist with mobility and transfers as appropriate Perform light housekeeping and laundry Encourage conversation, activities, and engagement Provide support for clients with memory loss, Alzheimer's, or dementia Observe clients and report meaningful changes to the office Follow each client's individual care plan Maintain client privacy and confidentiality We're Looking for Someone Who Is Dependable and punctual Compassionate and patient Comfortable working independently in a client's home Able to communicate professionally with clients, families, and our office Willing to provide hands-on personal care when required Able to perform the physical duties associated with caregiving Available for daytime shifts Able to reliably get to scheduled client assignments Previous caregiving, senior care, home care, assisted living, or similar experience is preferred. CPR/First Aid certification and dementia-care experience are a plus.
