Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support for a male client in Calera needing care Tuesdays-Fridays 12pm-5pm on an ongoing basis. Seeking a reliable and compassionate caregiver with hands-on bed bound experience. Able to care and support a client in the comfort of their own home. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting client with bed-bathing, changing undergarments regularly, suctioning, ensuring safety, cleanliness and well-being, while fostering a positive compassionate environment.
Responsibilities include:
Thorough Bed Baths Daily Compassionate Companionship Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes Changing Briefs frequently Monitor and document patient observations, noting any changes in condition or behavior. Patient and comfortable caring for individuals living with dementia/dysphagia Able to narrate to client what is being done calmly using simple, reassuring language. Observant and able to recognize changes in condition. Reliable with excellent attendance and time management. Comfortable working collaboratively with family members while following an established care plan. Why Join Our Team?
