Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in providing exceptional support and assistance to individuals in a specialty care assisted living. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those you serve by delivering personalized care with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your energy, attention to detail, and genuine kindness will help create a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment for residents or clients. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day while developing your skills in patient care and support. Responsibilities Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patients' health status by observing vital signs, mental state, and physical condition; report changes promptly to healthcare professionals Serve nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal consumption as needed Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards by performing light cleaning duties in living areas, bathrooms, and common spaces Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive environment for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's, autism, and other neurocognitive disorders Qualifications Prior experience working in assisted living, nursing homes, group homes, or home & community care environments is highly preferred Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred; additional certifications such as HIPAA training are advantageous Knowledge of patient observation techniques, and vital signs monitoring is essential Experience with dementia care, memory care, hospice care, or working with individuals with disabilities is a plus Strong communication skills with a compassionate approach toward patient support and social work principles Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays as needed Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering compassionate caregiving that truly makes a difference.
