Job Description

A resident assistant will perform daily tasks which includes but are not limited to: Assisting residents with ADLs, assisting with serving out meals, etc. Any other duties as assigned. Must have a compassionate nature with a desire to helps others and providing care while respecting confidentiality, privacy, dignity and independence of those you assist. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents and co-workers. All applicants must have a positive, gentle and caring attitude. Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job. Must be responsible and reliable. Must have reliable transportation. Full Time position for 3rd shift. MUST be able to work weekends and/or holidays as scheduled when needed. Pass a background check as required by State.
Pay:
From $12.00 per hour
